  • Further performance improvement have been rolled out to affected licensees and confirmed that it has resolved the observed issues
  • The improvement roll out is done in phases and we are planning to roll it out to the remaining licensees tonight

  • Yesterday a performance improvement fix was rolled out to affected licensees
  • The fix has improved the performance, however, in some cases users may still experience slow response from the system.
  • Our team is working to address those cases that lead to performance degradation
