Support Options

Our support team is accessible seven days a week so you can get advice straight from our partners, developers and directors, who know our software inside out.

Pay as you go, or subscribe to a monthly support plan that offers access to our specialists at a set fee.


Partner Support

If your software was installed by a certified partner, this team should be your first point of contact for any software support and for all on-site support requirements. If you are unable to get hold of your certified partner, our help desk can assist, seven days a week. This is a paid service.

Maintenance and support plan

Get quick answers to your questions seven days a week, from 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 1pm Saturday. Access our software maintenance plan, plus one hour of telephone, email and remote access support via our help desk – all at a set monthly fee. After hours support will be charged for time taken and depending on the nature of the call, and available resources this may be re-assigned to the general support team on Monday morning.

Set-up of hardware, on-site support and staff training are not covered by our help desk under this plan. Your certified partner is the best point of contact for hardware and on-site support.

After hours phone support

We know that business doesn’t just happen from nine-to-five, so our afterhours support experts are here to help, seven days a week.
After hours calls will be charged for time taken by the afterhours support person, however depending on the nature of the call, and available resources, this may be re-assigned to the general support team on Monday morning.


Software maintenance plan

All Infusion Business Software packages come with a software maintenance plan, which includes quarterly software updates. The latest version of your software and all updates can be downloaded online. Please review the supplied release notes and installation instructions prior to upgrading.


Help desk support

Our help desk team is available seven days a week, between 8am and 7pm. This is a paid service.
